Dubs is in excellent shape. I played it from where the pro's play in the Western and it sets up great. Believe it or not you can score on this course. Please call me if you would like to play with me sometime and you have a same or better handicap. I'm a 9 hadicap 312 627 6762 |

Golf the way it was meant to be. I have been luck enough to play Dubs Dread several times over the last ten years. The latest was the Tursday after the Western Open. How many opportunities does the avereage golfer have to play the same course the pros do? The course is in GREAT shape right now. Challenging yes. And yet, the course is very fair. I must also say this is one course where the rangers actually do their job. They are firm, but very polite as they actively keep up the pace of play. The result: a round just over four hours. (This even though I'm a high handicapper.) You won't feel rushed --- just play "ready golf" and you'll keep pace. |
